In 2016 when my wife Courtney and I moved to Florida’s Gulf Coast, we decided to invest in the growing Sarasota community by purchasing and operating rental real estate, hard money lending, and venture capital. Our mission was to have multiple self-sufficient businesses that employ local residents and empower them to run these businesses like their own.

This is the amalgamation of that idea. We have brought together our multiple businesses and allow them to work together to maintain self-sufficiency.

Today, Amalgamated Suncoast Portfolio and its companies directly employ over 20 local Sarasota residents.  That is how we gauge our success.
